  • How do I place an order?
    Select the items that you want to purchase, add them to your cart and follow the check out process. You can pay using the assorted paying methods including Klarna or Apple Pay (etc)
  • What is you shipping policy?
    We offer free shipping for Sweden and deliver your order within 3-5 business days, within 3-7 business days for Norway and Denmark. Delivery time might vary due to other factors outside our control. Our goal is to expand our shipping capabilities to cover the rest of Europe, and ultimately, offer international shipping as soon as possible.
  • How do I track my order?
    You will receive an order confirmation via email once completing your purchase. This email will include a link/code that can be used in the PostNord app to track your order.
  • How do I return my order?
    When purchasing an item on the website, you as customer have a 14-day return policy. To return an item email us at vyolavintage@gmail.com with your order number to receive further instructions.
  • How do I get a measurement of a specific item?
    Contact us at vyolavintage@gmail.com to get the correct measurement of the item you want. Please be sure to include the product name in your email.
  • What conditions can I expect my item to be?
    Grade A: Previously worn with light to no wear, may have minor flaws. Grade B: Previously worn with moderate wear, may have flaws. Grade C: Previously worn with significant wear and flaws. All washable items are cleaned according to the care label instructions. The environment where the products are stored shows no signs of heavy perfumes, due to allergy concerns.
